As a Realtor, Reza brings 15 years of architectural design, planning, and construction experience to his clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. His passion for design, collaboration, and careful understanding of both buyers’ and sellers’ needs, bring the market expertise and negotiating skill required to close successful deals for his clients. With extensive project budgeting experience and a sharp eye for detail, he provides sellers with creative solutions to help them prepare their property for the market while helping buyers imagine the investment possibilities of their dream home.
Prior to joining Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, Reza enjoyed a successful career as the Director of Store Development for the Ann Taylor brands in New York City and a Creative Services Design Manager with Gap Inc. in San Francisco. He has played key roles in national real estate growth, strategy, and design management of major national brands. As a department leader, he managed designers, architects, and general contractors with an operating budget of $20-30 million dollars per year. He has played a priceless role in delivering brand-defining retail experiences in globally recognized destinations such as New York City’s Flatiron and Soho districts, San Francisco’s Union Square, and numerous Miami, Los Angeles, Canadian markets. He brings extensive knowledge of national markets and superb negotiation skills from powerhouse landlords such as Simon Property Group, Westfield Properties, and GGP, to generate site-specific designs and develop accurate budgeting models and for stores around the country. Reza’s formative early career was with world-renowned Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill architecture firm in San Francisco, contributing to the successful design and construction of mega international projects such as the China World Trade Center in Beijing, Huawei Technology Campus in Shanghai, and China Rural Bank Tower in Chongqing.
Reza’s passion for design sprouted at a young age. After completing his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley in Architecture, he received his Masters in Architecture from UCLA earning numerous awards and scholarships for design excellence. Reza is a Berkeley native with a vast network of local family, friends, and colleagues in the greater Bay Area. His personal and professional connection with the communities he serves offers his clients the knowledge, experience, and an unparalleled edge in this unique market.
